After being lost since the Los Angeles Kings won their first ever Stanley Cup back on June 11, the clinching puck has finally been recovered.
The Los Angeles Kings received a phone call from the New Jersey Devils saying that the puck had been found. Patrik Elias, the last to be seen with the puck, returned home from a recent vacation and found the puck in his equipment bag. Elias had recently said that he didn't have the Cup clinching puck.
The puck has been verified by both sides and the Kings will make a donation to Elias' favorite charity as a thank you.
