Look of the Day for 3/27: This rookie deserves a good lookie

D'Angelo Russell crushed his rebounds + assists prop Tuesday night to give us our fourth straight Look of the Day winner. Let's keep the profit train rolling with another NBA player prop for Wednesday's slate.

Look of the Day: Kris Murray over 10.5 points (-104 FanDuel)

It's full-on tank season in the NBA right now, and the Portland Trail Blazers are leading the charge. The Trail Blazers have lost seven straight games by an average of 10.9 points, and they started five rookies in each of their last two games. By doing so, Portland became the first team since the NBA started tracking starters in box scores in 1970-71 to roll out an all-rookie starting lineup multiple times in the same season.

One of those rookies is Kris Murray, who has played more than 31 minutes in four straight games. The small forward averaged 13.3 points and 12.5 field-goal attempts over that four-game stretch, and that even included an outlier performance of four points on 2-of-11 from the field and 0-of-6 from three against the Houston Rockets.

That statistical dud is creating some value on Murray's points prop Wednesday night, so we're jumping on the over in a great matchup. The Atlanta Hawks surrender the most three-pointers and the second-most points per game to opposing small forwards.

Anfernee Simons has been ruled out, Jerami Grant is doubtful and Deandre Ayton and Matisse Thybulle are questionable for the Blazers, so Murray should see a ton of playing time and get up double-digit shot attempts again.
